1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of global100.org and any of its subdomains (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date.

2. Editorial content and rankings

The Site publishes the Global 100 AI Content Integrity Index, including rankings, scores, methodology documentation, reports, and editorial analysis (collectively, "Editorial Content"). Editorial Content reflects independent analysis based on the methodology published on the Site.

Rankings are produced through quantitative measurement against published criteria. No platform pays for placement. We do not accept consideration of any kind in exchange for ranking position, score adjustment, or favorable coverage. Where Global 100 has commercial relationships with parties that overlap with ranked platforms, those relationships are disclosed.

Editorial Content is provided for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for independent due diligence, professional advice, or formal procurement processes. Decisions about platform selection, vendor evaluation, or institutional adoption should be made by the reader based on their own assessment.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and all Editorial Content, including text, graphics, logos, methodology documentation, rankings data, and the Global 100 name, are owned by Global 100 or licensed to us. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View, print, and download Editorial Content for personal, non-commercial use
• Quote Editorial Content with attribution and a link back to the original Site URL
• Cite the Global 100 methodology in academic, journalistic, or research contexts with attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce or republish substantial portions of Editorial Content without our written permission
• Use the Global 100 name, logo, or marks in a way that suggests endorsement we have not granted
• Scrape the Site at a rate that interferes with normal operation
• Create derivative works that compete with the Global 100 Index
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

4. Verified Program and badges

The Global 100 Verified badge is a designation we award to platforms that meet the eligibility criteria published at our Verified Program page. The badge is a registered designation and may not be used by platforms that have not earned it.

Platforms displaying the Verified badge agree to:

• Use the badge only in conjunction with their own brand and only while they meet the eligibility criteria
• Link the badge to their official Global 100 profile page where applicable
• Cease use of the badge if their verification status lapses, upon written request from us

5. User submissions

You may submit information to us through the contact form, platform submission inquiries, media inquiries, or correspondence. By submitting information, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and analyze that information for editorial purposes, including incorporating it into our methodology, rankings, or reports.

You represent that you have the right to submit any information you provide, and that the submission does not infringe on any third party's rights.

Do not submit confidential or trade-secret information unless you have separately agreed to a non-disclosure agreement with us in writing. Submitting confidential information without such an agreement does not create one.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attempts
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Site in ways that violate our robots.txt or rate limits
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries or comments
• Impersonate Global 100 or its personnel
• Use the Site to defame, harass, or harm any third party

7. Third-party content and links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the homepages of ranked platforms and citation sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

References to specific platforms, products, services, or organizations are not endorsements unless we explicitly state otherwise.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and Editorial Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global 100 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any specific platform, vendor, or product will perform in any particular way for any particular use case. Rankings and scores are point-in-time assessments based on the methodology disclosed and may not reflect current platform capabilities.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Global 100, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Editorial Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global 100 and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Corrections and editorial integrity

If you believe Editorial Content on the Site contains a factual error, contact corrections@global100.org. We will review the claim, correct any verified errors, and publish a notice of correction where appropriate. Our corrections policy and editorial standards are published separately.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action with respect to any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Termination does not affect any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices or policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global 100 with respect to your use of the Site.
